My Opinion on a Big Matter...

There's quite a big issue that I've wanted to write about for quite a long time but I've never really known how because it's quite a big thing that I'm not sure I'm ready to tackle yet and that's gender equality. I still don't think I'm fully ready to discuss the whole subject in full depth but I experienced something very recently which has both riled and inspired me. So go grab yourself a brew because this is going to be a bloody long post.

Strong, not Skinny.

As you know, as I've not shut up about it for the past week, I went away recently. The plane journey wasn't very long but I bought myself a magazine (Heat to be precise) for entertainment on the hour long trip and there was an article in it which really infuriated me. The aim of the article is to promote women being 'strong' and 'athletic', not 'skinny'. What a load of bullshit.

Disney Diary- The Bad Bits

Let's start on a low and get high, sound good? There was a few things I noticed whilst in Disneyland- mainly in the queues- which I wasn't really that impressed by and these are the things I would like to share first. A negative start probably isn't the best way of doing things but it should be quite humorous (hopefully..)

Three selfish wishes

I went away for three weeks which is why the latest posts haven't been so great.. I completely forgot that internet doesn't really exist abroad so I'd have to set up automatic blog posts. Unfortunately, it was 11:30pm, less that 3 hours before I had to leave to board a plane.. Anyway, I'm back now so hopefully *fingers crossed*, the quality will improve

Opinions on the internet

This week, what I really wanted to write about was the Mcbusted tour 2014. I thought, considering it has just finished, it would be a fitting little tribute to the awesome show the guys have put on for the past couple of months. However, when I started writing it, I began to realize how difficult it was going to be to put my opinion across without causing an argument or offending someone so I've scrapped that idea and instead I'm going to give my view about opinions on the internet.
